How it all began
It all started with an idea during a summer holiday in 2017, where we sat on a terrace under the southern sun and discussed future plans. We were both very happy with our present jobs, but we also wanted to do something together. The ideas flowed far and wide, and the ambitions were big. Maybe a little too big to fit in with two full-time jobs. That’s why we started soft.
In the fall of 2017, together with Jacob Wind, we began to import our own wines from Italy and Spain. At that time it was purely a hobby project, but we ended up spending quite a lot of time on it, simply because we thought it was exciting. Various coincidences meant that the time was suddenly right to take the step we had dreamed from the beginning on that terrace. We wanted to open a place focusing on wine, tapas and good service – and we wanted it to be in a place where a lot of happy people would gather. In 2015 we had bought a holiday apartment in Blåvand, so the choice was not difficult. In the fall of 2019, we found the right location – and here we are. Ready to live our dream.
